Our Classes

Apparatus

We choose to name this class "apparatus" so our clients can benefit from all of the Pilates equipment, allowing them to further see and feel the benefits of a comprehensive practice. Each piece of apparatus has something different to offer the mind and body. Providing a greater challenge or make a challenging exercise more accessible, depending on what your body needs. The Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Baby Chair and Springboard are used in this class.

Private & Duet
Sessions

A private lesson is individualized to focus on your specific needs. It can be a great compliment to your existing routine and classes, or a great way to start at the Studio. A Duet class consists of two people or grab three friends for a Trio!  It is a great way to get more "hands-on" attention from the instructor, than you may receive in a full group class.

The class will be customized to suit your goals and needs, working on movement skills in Mat or on your choice of the Pilates apparatus.

Mat

Mat classes run with no more than seven clients. By following a specific order of strategic exercises you can challenge your body to become stronger, leaner, more uniformed and balanced. By adding small apparatus like spine correctors, barrels, magic circles, foot correctors & the Tensatoner to the mat exercises we can keep introducing novel movements to educate the body while keeping it fun and challenging.

Virtual Vitality
League

We currently offer a variety of online Mat, Myofascial Release, & Weight & Mobility Training classes weekly. Join a live class or view a recording later. With the VVL Group Membership, you will be given access to the online Video Library, so that you can re-play or study your favourites.

It has been a boon for Pilates Teacher Trainees to be able to observe and learn from Ryan & Veronica.

"It was a lucky day for me when I found Veronica's Pilates studio. She and her staff are knowledgeable, current and describe movement in a way that allows me to constantly improve. She and her staff encourage us to understand the interrelatedness between our health and the care of our bodies, which for me has been rare in the field of physical fitness.  Veronica, my body thanks you!!!"
