Whether you're new to fitness or you've been practicing pilates for years, we'd love to help you get started here at Surrey Pilates!
Please read through our policies and guidelines on our Studio Etiquette & FAQ page - before reaching out. There you'll find useful information about our studio and the way we work.
*We only allow current clients of the Studio to do drop-in sessions to apparatus or mat classes*
We offer a couple options for Pilates Beginners and all New Clients to the Studio
Option One is to take Private Lessons
Whether you have done some Pilates somewhere or are a complete newbie, this is the perfect way to get started!
During your session we can figure out where you are at in your Pilates Journey. There are many types and styles of Pilates and
since you may want to join into one of our Group Mat or Apparatus classes we have to assess your level and find the right class for you.
If you are brand new to Pilates we can start to teach you the basic movement skills you will need to
enter one of our classes or join our online Zoom Group.
The speed in which you can pick-up the use of the equipment, (ie. changing of springs etc.),your current ability
& body health will determine which classes will be available.
We will do our utmost to help you achieve your goals
Option Two is to join a Beginner Mat Series
We hold these classes a couple times a year and it is a valuable option, as after completing a series
you can either join one of our Mat classes or startup in the online Zoom Group.
It is usually held twice a week, for a total of 16 sessions.
