STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please read through our etiquette and procedures, it will give you a strong understanding of the studio procedures. Feel free to reach out below if you have any questions or would like to inquire about a class.

BOOKING POLICIES

Registration

You must register for all classes prior to attending. Clients must commit to the full series otherwise a drop-in rate will apply and you will not have a guaranteed spot in the class. Continuing clients are encouraged to submit their payments one week prior to the next series to hold their spot in the class. All clients must have completed an intro mat series to be able to go into an equipment class, or must have prior Pilates experience.  The best option is to complete a series of  Private Sessions to ensure you can safely enter the apparatus classes.

Silent Phones

Surrey Pilates Studio wants to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. To help us reach this goal, and as a courtesy to others, we ask all clients to turn off or silence their cell phones before class begins, arrive before the start of your class, and to remove your shoes before entering the studio. Please respect that this is a home-based business. If you have any questions, please ask your teacher or contact us through phone, email or text.  Please refrain from intruding into our living space.

Payment Options

Classes are paid in full before the start of a series and payments must be received one week before the classes begin. The Surrey Pilates Studio accepts fees in cash,  E-Transfer or cheque payable to 'The Surrey Pilates Studio Inc.'  

There are no discounts for missed classes during a series.

Drop In / Make-Up

There are no discounts for missed classes during a series, as series are already discounted. Make-ups are given to clients who have provided 25 hours notice prior to class cancellation.  Classes can only be made up during the current series and if 25 hours notice was given. Only two make ups per series/per class. Drop-in classes are only available, space permitting, for intermediate and advanced clients. Make ups cannot be used toward privates lessons. All drop-ins are by appointment only.

Group Class Withdrawal

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requires 25 hours notice or full payment will be charged.
