Registration

You must register for all classes prior to attending. Clients must commit to the full series otherwise a drop-in rate will apply and you will not have a guaranteed spot in the class. Continuing clients are encouraged to submit their payments one week prior to the next series to hold their spot in the class. There are two options to start at the Studio; private sessions or a Beginner's Intro Mat or Apparatus Series. We can assess your Pilates level during your first private session and give you an idea of how many private sessions it may take till you can enter a Group class.

Silent Phones

Surrey Pilates Studio wants to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. To help us reach this goal, and as a courtesy to others, we ask all clients to turn off or silence their cell phones before class begins, arrive before the start of your class, and to remove your shoes before entering the studio. Please respect that this is a home-based business. If you have any questions, please ask your teacher or contact us through phone, email or text. Please refrain from intruding into our living space.

Payment Options

Classes are paid in full before the start of a series and payments must be received one week before the classes begin. The Surrey Pilates Studio accepts fees in cash, E-Transfer or cheque payable to 'The Surrey Pilates Studio Inc.'

There are no discounts for missed classes during a series.

Make-Up Classes

You can earn upto 2 make-up sessions per Series/per Class.
BUT to earn a Make-Up Session/Class you MUST:

a) Give a minimum of 24 hours notice before the start of your session.

b) This notice must be by TEXT only: 604-880-9005

c) You must complete your make-up(s) before the end of the current series.

d) These make-up sessions do not have a cash value, they cannot be used to 'pay' for future series or privates.

Drop In

All classes are by pre-registration. A Drop In session will be pre-booked with Veronica, via text or e-mail.

Courtesy Before & After Your Class

When in the waiting room prior to your class, please keep conversations low, as another class might be finishing. After your session is finished, be aware that if you have parked behind a classmate's car, they can't leave till you do!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requires 25 hours notice or full payment will be charged.
