From a young age, Ryan has always been physically active. It was not until his teens that he got his first taste of teaching fitness, landing a job coaching gymnastics to kids. This sparked his love for teaching people the benefits of physical activity, no matter what level of intensity.
A sports enthusiast at heart, Ryan has trained since childhood on his skill and fitness level, participating in various sports such as rugby, dance, wrestling and various martial arts. His first passion however lies in ice hockey, where he reached the Junior B level. Along with his Classical Pilates Instructor certification, Ryan is also a Yamuna Body Rolling instructor and a certified personal trainer through the BCRPA.
As someone who has trained in all aspects of physical activity, be it strength, endurance, cardio or stretching, Ryan believes a well-balanced body is the key to a happy lifestyle.
