The Surrey Pilates Studio is a privately-run, fully equipped classical pilates studio in Surrey, BC. Our staff is fully certified, classically trained, and committed to teaching Pilates in its truest form - as it was originally intended.

OUR CLASSES

We offer pilates apparatus (reformer, chair, cadillac), mat and circuit classes. We also offer 


Group classes are intentionally kept small so every client can receive personal instruction and every exercise is never given without forethought and reason.
