MAT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Introduction to Pilates Mat-This is a beginner series that teaches the basic principles of Pilates as well as the essential Mat exercises.

Intermediate 1 Mat- This class is for those who have completed the essential mat work. The essential exercises are still being perfected but now working toward more intermediate skills.

Intermediate 2 Mat- This class is for those who have done the intermediate exercises and are still working towards perfecting their technique.

Intermediate/Advanced Mat- Designed for those who have mastered intermediate exercises and are working towards Advanced skills.

*Apparatus class- Different piece of equipment is used each class, either Cadillac, Chair, reformer or Spring Board.

GROUP MAT & APPARATUS DROP IN CLASSES

GROUP APPARATUS CLASSES

Group Reformer, Cadillac or Chair/Spring Board group classes are paid on a monthly basis, call or email for costs. 

NOTE: must have completed an intro mat series to be able to go into a Reformer, Cadillac or Chair or Spring Board group class.

Private sessions (1 hour)

·         1 session $60.0

·         Or 10/$550.00

  Semi-private sessions (1 hour)

·         2 people - $32.00 each

·         3-4 people - $22 each

We require all classes paid in full, in advance. Cash or Cheque, made out to THE SURREY PILATES STUDIO INC.". Non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE SURREY PILATES STUDIO GUIDELINES

- CLASSES ARE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE START OF THE SERIES. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNTS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

-Drop-ins are available only if space permits (for intermediate and Advance clients only). Classes can only be made up in the current series and if 24 hour notification is given prior to the class, so someone else may have the opportunity to do a make-up. Once the series is finished no make ups are allowed. Please no more then 2 make ups per series. Make ups cannot be put toward private or semi private class.

-Please contact me if you can't attend class. You can either e-mail or phone 604-880-9005. I turn my phone off at 9:30pm and back on around 7:00am, so if you phone in the middle of the night you won’t disturb anyone.

- Reformer group classes are 3-4 people per class and are paid in full at the beginning of each month. Must commit to the 3 month to get lower rate, otherwise drop-in rate will be charged. No discounts for missed classes.

-If you are not continuing please give me 2 weeks - month notice so I have time to fill your spot.

-Cancellation on all booked drop-ins in any class or private training without 24-hour notice will be charged full price.

-Please pay minimum 1 week prior to next series to hold/confirm your spot.

-Please turn off cell phones before class begins.

-Please take shoes off before entering studios.
