Introdction & Etiquette
Surrey Pilates Studio wants to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. To help us reach this goal, and as a courtesy to others, we ask all clients to turn off cell phone before class begins, and to remove your shoes before entering the studio.
24 Hour Cancellation
Cancellation requires 24 hours notice or full payment will be charged.
Registration
You must register for all classes prior to attending. Clients must commit to the three month session otherwise a drop-in rate will apply and you will not have a guaranteed spot in the class. Continuing clients are encouraged to submit their payments one-week prior to the next series to hold their spot in the class. All clients must have completed an intro mat series to be able to go into an equipment class, or must have prior Pilates experience.
Payment Options
Classes are paid in full before the start of series and payments must be received one week before the classes begin. The Surrey Pilates Studio accepts fees in Cash or Cheque payable to The Surrey Pilates Studio Inc. All fees are non-fundable and non-transferrable. There are no Discounts for missed classes during a series.
Withdrawal Policy
Clients withdrawing from group classes must give the studio at least two weeks notice so there is time to fill your spot in the class.
Drop-In & Make-Ups
There are no Discounts for missed classes during a series.
Make-ups are given to clients who provided 24 hours notice prior to class cancellation. Classes can only be made up during the current series and if 24 hours notice was given. Only two make ups per session. Drop-in classes are only available, space permitting, for intermediate and advanced clients. Make ups cannot be used toward privates lessons or YBR. All drop-in’s are by appointment only.
